Adding a license key fails


When you receive a key block to activate your license it must be entered exactly as received or it will fail to activate the license.



Here are two common things that will cause the key activation to fail:

  1. Make sure you copy and paste the whole license block including the "Start" and "End" statements in the block.
    --------START KEY BLOCK-------- 
    ---------END KEY BLOCK---------

  2. Check to see if you have any addons on your browser that could be affecting the copy and paste such as a grammar or spell checker addons. These addons can cause the copy/paste of the key to be corrupt and fail.  Most browsers have a private or incognito mode that can often automatically disable these addons for that session only.  If you suspect that an addon may be causing issues please try private when opening QuantaStor.
