Login issues after and QS upgrade

When you upgrade QuantaStor you must clear the cached version of the Web Manager from your web browser or force a refresh.

With Most browsers you can force a refresh by holding the Shift Key and hitting the refresh button on the browser window or F5 key.

The forced refresh will cause the browser to download the new Web Manager release you just installed.
